Leonie is co-founder of The Fritten and the driving force behind the strategic work. Her signature strength: translating pop culture, future trends, and cultural insights into strategic levers for relevance and long-term impact.
Before founding The Fritten, Leonie worked at Ogilvy and Leo Burnett, and spent many years on the brand side, holding senior roles at ZOEVA, cosnova, and Henkel. As an intrapreneur, she co-founded two cosmetic brands and, in 2016, launched her own sustainable fashion label.
Leonie stands for a rare blend of analytical clarity, empathy, and entrepreneurial courage. Her passion lies in exploring how brands and organizations can stay culturally relevant - and use that relevance to drive real change.
Siyamak Jung

Siyamak is co-founder and creative lead of The Fritten. He uses storytelling and ideas to unlock new perspectives for brands, products, and business models – far beyond traditional advertising.
Born in Iran and raised in Germany, Siyamak first expressed his creativity through rap before entering the advertising world at the Berlin agency Heimat. He later worked at thjnk, BBDO, and most recently as Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy. Over the years, he has created pioneering and internationally awarded campaigns for brands such as Audi, Hornbach, IKEA, and Deutsche Bahn.
Siyamak stands for creative depth with purpose and believes that ideas can transform both business and society. His strength lies in finding creative solutions where others see only challenges.
Niels Verlemann

Niels is co-founder of The Fritten and leads the entrepreneurial growth and development of the company. As a consultant with a sharp eye for business and transformation, he combines creative ambition with measurable impact.
Over 15 years at the creative and digital agency ENVY, he shaped client relationships and strategic development, most recently as Managing Director. International brands such as Audi, Cupra, and F.A.Z. trusted his strategic compass. His path from intern to Managing Director says it all: for Niels, substance matters more than show.
His passion lies in connecting creativity with tangible business value. For him, ideas only matter when they make an impact: in markets, inside the company, and in results.
